It’s a journey that starts not in a cafe, but thousands of miles away, on a farm where dedicated growers cultivate something special. It’s a process that relies on precision, passion, and a deep respect for the craft.

That pursuit is the heart and soul of Collins Creek Coffee.

For months, we’ve been working behind the scenes, developing our brand, and sourcing exceptional beans from regions like Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia—beans that tell a story in every single sip. Our vision has always been clear: to build more than just a coffee company, but a true "slow bar experience." A modern, community-focused space with a lofi and jazz feel, where the art of coffee is celebrated.

But a vision, no matter how clear, needs the right tools to become a reality. And that’s where you come in.

This campaign is about one thing: building the foundation of Collins Creek Coffee. The funds we raise will go directly toward the essential equipment that will allow us to share our passion with you. We’re talking about our first professional coffee roaster to ensure every batch is perfect, a custom-built mobile coffee cart to bring our slow bar experience to events across Phoenix, and the top-tier brewing gear needed to do justice to the incredible beans we source.
